The Willett Family in the Big Alaska Show studio

Great fun with our visiting friends from Ft. Worth, TX, the Willett family, Rocky, JoAnn, Sarah and John. They started their Saturday morning with us in the studio an our other guest, Gary Olson, CEO/Chairman of the Alaska Military Heritage Museum.

We avoided the typical “2nd largest state” jokes, instead played Tall Alaska Tales with them. Because they drove through Moose Pass the day before, we told them it should be easy to win a prize since our Tall Alaska Tale coincidentally (wink, wink) just happened to be about Moose Pass. We lied!

(Since we are eligible to win our own prizes, and don’t give away prizes, the likelihood of them winning a prize is … nil!)

Then they took off for a full day of Alaskan activities starting with a scenic cruise around Anchorage on the trolley! And that was just the beginning of their Alaska adventure!
